- If the project has not yet started and you request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
- If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
✅ Partial Refunds:
- If the project has started but is incomplete, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
- Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the scope of completed work.
❌ Non-Refundable Services:
- Once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.
- Services involving third-party fees (e.g., domain purchases, paid advertising costs, or licensing fees).
- Customized solutions such as graphic design, jingles, or photography services after delivery.
2️⃣ Product Returns (If Applicable)
For physical products (e.g., prints, promotional materials, branded merchandise):
✅ Returns are accepted if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
Return Process:

- Provide a description of the issue and attach clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
❌ Non-Returnable Products:

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after work has commenced are subject to deductions for time and resources already spent.
